1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Solinex ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Solinex is a decentralized exchange protocol that facilitates peer-to-peer trading of digital assets on Solana and EVM-compatible blockchains. The Platform provides:

• Token swapping services
• Liquidity provision mechanisms
• Analytics and market data
• Portfolio tracking tools

3. Non-Custodial Service

Solinex is a non-custodial platform. We do not hold, control, or have access to your digital assets at any time. You maintain full control over your assets through your connected wallet. You are solely responsible for:

• Securing your wallet and private keys
• All transactions you initiate
• Any losses resulting from your actions

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform. By using Solinex, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Platform for illegal purposes or in violation of any laws
• Attempting to manipulate markets or engage in fraudulent trading
• Interfering with or disrupting the Platform's functionality
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Platform
• Using bots or automated tools without permission

6. Fees

Trading on Solinex incurs fees including but not limited to:

• Trading fees (typically 0.2-0.4% per swap)
• Network gas fees (variable based on blockchain congestion)
• Liquidity provider fees (distributed to LP token holders)

All fees are clearly displayed before transaction confirmation.

7. Risks

Trading digital assets involves substantial risk. You acknowledge and accept that:

• Digital asset prices are highly volatile
• You may lose all or part of your investment
• Impermanent loss may occur when providing liquidity
• Smart contract risks exist despite audits
• Blockchain transactions are irreversible

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOLINEX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLES.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
